Lizanne Naude proved the rider to beat when she took 1^st place in the prologue over 8km in 00:11:03. She was followed by Ronel van Straaten in 00:11:25 with Anriette Schoeman in the 3^rd place in 00:11:27.

The 2^nd stage over 66km was ounce again dominated by Team Biogen Toyota when Anriette Schoeman took both the QOM and Hotspot. Lizanne again showed true grid when she broke away from the ladies and vets 50 plus 49.9 km into the race. She increased her time gap to 20 seconds with 6km to go. Lizanne bravely stayed away with the bunch chasing very hard to just take the 1^st place in 01:48:06. Schoeman just manage to out sprint a very determined Charlotte van der Merwe to the line to take 2^ndplace with Van der Merwe 3^rd.

The 3^rd stage over 126km started from Boswell-Wilkie Circus Witkop. Joanna van der Winkel launched the 1^st attack 12km into the race to take the QOM 16km into the race. The hotspot at 47km was again dominated by a very fast Anriette Schoeman. Schoeman broke away 64km into the race against a strong head wind shattering the bunch up a long drag. This attack was followed by a vicious chase by the vets 50 plus which left Arien Tortius and Charlotte van der Merwe behind. Schoeman was rejoined by her team mates 83km into the race. Joanna van der Winkel took the sprint followed by Anriette Schoeman and Lizanne Naude.

The 4^th Stage took place on the Midvaal Race Course over 1hour and 1 lap. The bunch stayed together till the finish with Van der Winkel breaking away on the last lap. Se was however chased down by the vets 50 plus who caught her with meters to go. She however still finished as 1^st lady with  Schoeman 2^nd and Charlotte van der Merwe 3^rd.
